Great trip report! Did you make the NBC dress? I have that pattern (Farbenmix Vida, right?). I love that dress!!! We're headed out on Saturday and I'm trying to figure out if I have enough time to sew some DL themed outfits for my kids before we go. Your post totally inspired me to try and fit it in!

I'm also wondering about the creepy room photos! I'm glad that they fixed it all up for you.

Wow!! I am SO impressed! Did you write this in the car on the way home??

You are really making me look like a schlub since I haven't finished my TR and it's been 5 months since we got back. But, I am steadily churning out an installment every couple of weeks. Seth gets a shout-out in my lastest installment.

Tessa and Sawyer have watched the videos over and over and over again. Sawyer seems QUITE interested in the video of Lily. Tessa is so excited that Lily got a baby Simba. She said to tell her that his spots will probably come off, like hers did. She is also requesting Luke's phone number because she'd really like to talk to him on the phone. I think she is thinking he is looking exceptionally cute in these pictures, too. She also really thinks his Indiana Jones outfit is cool.

I forget that you're so tall until you stand by someone shorter (sorry Jessica). Speaking of Jessica, how cool that you got to meet her!! I am so jealous!! I love the pics of Luke and Dallas!

Thanks, she is hanging in there. Her meds don't seem to be doing much for her though. Sleeping next to her in the hotel freaked me out because even asleep her heart just races.

Seriously, how did we not see each other! I think I saw one other custom the whole time (other than the Halloween party). It was a little girl in a cute Jack skirt and it was NOT Jojo or Anastasia!

Thanks! I LOVE Jessica's Jedi Mickey! It can't hurt to try! I SO need a nap! I feel like I've been running since I got home! While I wrote that TR, Lily (who was supposed to be napping) managed to turn on the faucet in my master bathroom sink which was slightly clogged and flooded the master bath and the kitchen below it and warped my beloved Pottery Barn kitchen table. While Luke sat right near the dripping ceiling watching tv and mentioned nothing. I guess no more 1-day trip reports for me!

Whew! Thanks for all your comments! Jayden's sandals did not bother her at all but her Elphaba combat boots did Jayden's skirt is not Carla's, (hence the leggings) though I'm dying to try it! Hers is just a width of fabric yoke with a 2 widths of fabric skirt gathered on to it. Oh, and a rolled hem on the serger. Super quick and easy. I've made a few and I love them. Baby Simbas rock!

I think I would've gotten too carsick if I had written it on the way home, but the laptop did help time go by a LOT faster! Seth gets a shoutout? SO COOL! Tessa is so funny. I wonder what they would talk about on the phone? Maybe we'll have to do it on Skype so we can listen in I really did not plan on putting any pictures of me in there but did so for 2 reasons, 1, I SAW JESSICA! And 2, I didn't want to show up at the dismeet and have y'all thinking I was going to look like my Facebook photo! That was thinner days!

Re the green-I once ran accross someone who swore by Queen Helene mint julep mask for green skin. It's fairly cheap, so it might be worth a shot (it's drying, though-I don't know if that would be bad for her skin.
