Treehouse Villas Golf Carts???

My DH thought he read somewhere that you could rent a golf cart for your stay at the Treehouse Villas. As my MIL has some mobility issues, this could be a huge help if we are located far away from the Saratoga Springs clubhouse. Does anyone know if golf carts are available and how much they cost? Thanks for any info you could share!!!

I've only seen someone post that they *wished* they had golf carts at SSR. As far as I know, they do not have golf carts for rent.

No golf carts at THV available for guests. Only on the golf course and for use by the staff.

You were able to rent golf carts with the "old" treehouses 20 years ago. But that was the type of community it was back then. You drove the golf cart to the pool - there were places to plug it in. You drove it to the restaurant at the golf course, there were special parking spots with plugs. There were special paths for the golf carts.

I agree with Buzz, I think that's what you may have read or heard about. )The old treehouse villas.) We stayed there well over 10 years ago, and we had parking right in front of the villa. Our own golf cart, and you could cruise around the entire property on the cart paths. It was SUPER nice this way. But, that was long before the high volume of guests and the inception of SSR. It was called the Disney Institute when we stayed there. I kind of miss it that way!!!

Thanks for all the great info about the treehouse golf carts! I was just hoping that a golf cart would make getting around easier for MIL! I'm sure we will love staying there, after all we're at WDW!!
