My wife stayed at the original sometime in the 80's. Now I hear they may be coming back, maybe over by Saratoga Springs. True or false?

True! Took some pics on our last trip, they are coming along fine. You can see them on the boat ride from PO to DTD. Will try to upload a shot or two later

Been seriously thinking about buying into DVC and this may do it for me

FYI, they are going to be a DVC room class at SSR, and points-wise will be the equivalent of a 2BR villa. No idea what the CRO rates might be at this point.

60 - which I think is the original number. No more no less. There were issues with the the wetland requirements or some such so they could not in any way decrease the amount of permeable land - in fact they had to increase it, so the new units have a much smaller pedestal.
