I believe you are wrong Doctor P. Florida timeshare law favors the buyer in any sort of 'bait and switch' type shenanigans. If the booklet, advertising materials, blueprints or room layouts say something is included...then it is supposed to be included . And you have legal recourse, tho I doubt many of us could afford it.
I don't think citing contract law is really what you were aiming for here. I think you may have been trying to justify your opinions by saying that for you, if it isn't specifically stated as provided in your contract, that you don't think you should/could/would ask for it. (Is a blender specifically stated in your contract for a studio room? No? Then you probably wouldn't ask for one. I would ask for one to make frozen margaritas for me and Johnny Depp, but if housekeeping can't provide one, I won't get too upset.)
Your opinion as to what is 'satisfactory' for you is different from what LakeAriel feels is satisfactory for her and there is no reason for you to take pot shots at her ideas of 'satifaction'. (Now there I go thinking about Johnny again, sigh).
As to your right to decide the merits of her satisfaction level, you don't have any. Unless of course it is in your contract.
