I watched and thought it was pretty good, but then I love these kind of shows anyway. We missed the first 15 min. because I forgot it was coming on, actually I was DISing and saw a post on it and that is when we turned it on. Anyway, because we missed some of the beginning, it was a little hard to follow at first.

I'll probably continue watching it just to see how it unfolds. It is very simiar to TAR though, which I love also.

I was hoping for more Mole like clues that we could attempt to solve at home. I like that they had some differences than the Amazing Race as I didn't want it to be a weak imitation, because of course nothing can measure up. I liked it and think as they start to eliminate teams it will be better. 2nd hour was much better than the first. My 10yo DS was confused by the first hour, I had a hard time keeping it all straight.

Mullet Man was cracking me up! When they were crawling through the rocks and looking under everything they were so funny. However the one group of girls that started out in Hawaii that just expected everyone to help got on my nerves. "Are you going to leave the key?" Uh no it's a game! Figure it out for yourself!

I forgot it was on too caught the last half hour. Then went back to watch the first part on another time zone but couldn't get into it. I think on the previews I watched it is on again tonight.

Actually, I really liked it!

Dyan, I wish I had realized that you know one of the Miss USA team members so I would have rooted for them more.

I am already caught up in teams that I like and teams I hate and will be very curious to watch it all the way through if I can.

Of course, it is nothing but an AR knock off, but still fun to watch.

I only saw the end of the first one and I thought, "oh, brother." I didn't think that the second one was too hard. When the one set of teams chose the wrong mountain, I yelled at the TV, "what are you thinking!?!" The 'history changing itself' was a pretty easy clue, too. I know that in the heat of the moment things are harder than they appear, but nothing looked too difficult to me. I thought that they'd need more google time at least to research the clues. Next week may be the last week I'll watch this.

I really liked it too. I thought it was funny that group "genius" actually almost lost because they were "over thinking things". Also I really liked how the Southern Boys "aligned" with the geniuses to get the combination and then when they got the case open they hauled butt and left the geniuses!!!! I am glad The Browns made it through but I don't see them making it too far. I am surprised a doctor allowed the heaviest guy to make it through because I thought he was going to have a heart attack several times.Not knocking him because I am right there with him as far as being way out of shape but you would think the contestants would need to be inbetter shape because it is going to be so physical.

I enjoyed this show. I thought it was confusing at first the way they jumped back and forth between the two sets of teams but once they met up I really became interested. I'll continue watching.

I agree with everyone that it is not as good as AR. I still liked it, but it did not have me on the edge of my seat like AR does. The mullet (holl.... something) family from TX cracked me up last night when they got to Mt. Rushmore.

And what was up with the pastor stealing that one girl's clue? Nice.

Totally scuzzy. I can't say I'm fond of the wife either.

We feel the same way about the Pastor and his family. I can't believe that he took the clue out of that girls hand!

Just finished watching (gotta love DVR ) Definitely not as good as AR, but I still liked it!! The Pastor and his wife annoyed me too! I can't believe them already!

As of right now I'm a fan of the EX-CIAs, Air Force, and Southies

Can't wait for the next episode now that I'm not completely confused by the show

Not as good as AR but I really enjoyed it as well. It's interesting because you can try to solve it before they do. I really don't like the pastor's family (he's a prime candiate for not throwing stones at glass houses). I enjoy the other teams though but I could do away with the geniuses and the hillbillies.

I think it says 9/8c Mondays Starting June 26th because the premire was on a Sunday (6/18) and Monday is when the show will regularly be shown.

If anyone missed it they are doing an enocre presenation this Fri and Sat 8/7c.

Thanks for the info on the encore. I forgot it was on last night and had to work and didn't ask anyone to tape it for me.

I also have to work Friday Saturday nights - just hope I can remember.

I finally got to watch the first show, and I'm not too impressed. I was hoping for a little harder challenges that we could work at home, too.

I'm surprised they didn't use ask.com more often. That would have been my first thing to try for the morse code rather than a book.

And do those ladies (on either side) realize they're on a race that requires code-solving and puzzle solving? Neither set seems to be that sharp when it comes to solving puzzles! Ugh.

Ironic that the "geniuses" were the only team (pair) to go to the wrong location.

I *loved* the entertainment value of the other Texans, but... um....the phrase "dumb rednecks" comes to mind. We're not all that bad, really! LOL! Though his logic of the clue being in a hole/cave because the real time capsule is in a cave was a good thought. And I had to laugh at him digging through trash cans and stuff looking for the clues, too. LOL!!!

Why do we keep getting wakko "Christians" on these shows? Ugh. Not the best of role models, there. They're near the bottom of my list, if not at the bottom.

My favorites are the ex-CIA and the Air Force teams.

I watched it. I can't wait for everything to come crashing down on the Fogul family. They seemed to be a little tame for about the 1st half of the show. And I thought maybe I had jumped the gun last week amd misjudged them. Nope. I had it right the first time. I especially can't believe they did that to the Southie Boys after they carried their canoe for several miles.

I'm confused as to why I saw the Brown Family in the preview for next week. I wonder if the Grad Students dropped out due to the injury the one girl sustained.

The Hanlon family is amusing. They are facing elimination and so what do they do. Go get some fast food. I was happy to see the Grad Student team survive. I was amazed that they finished in front of the Hanlons.

The Fogul family is real easy to dislike. They were helped in the carrying of their canoe and then stabbed their allies in the back.
