Treasure Cities Cashout ?

This is my first time cashing out there...It was my understanding that they automatically send out payments.I had enough for the min cashout on 7/30.Do they process payments on the first of the month? Should that payment show pending somewhere yet? Or does you balance show the full amount until the actually send your payment?

I checked my account last night and there was a message in the inbox. It basically said they will do payments on the 20th of august and if this is your first payment then it will come by check not paypal (no exceptions). I'm waiting to see how this goes and what the gc options are before I do anything else over there.
