Travelnow.com???

Just wondering if anybody has ever used Travelnow.com to book their airline tickets??? I found their website but I am hesitant to use them. Thanks!

Jen,
You are truly better off booking on the airline's own site.. If you need to make a change, it is nearly impossible via an internet site.
And, why pay a fee for something you can do yourself. Use the sites as a guide then when you find a fare you like, check the airline's site. More often than not, it is the same price without the booking fee.

We have used them several times in the past and have received excellent service. There was a flight change we were unaware of, our email address had changed and one of their agents CALLED us to let us know of the change. I was utterly amazed that they did that. I would not hesitate using them for any travel items.

I am sure they are fine, I simply have a problem paying a processing fee for something I am perfectly capable of doing myself. Services like these are great for getting an idea of what the fares are and then I just go book it at the airline's site.
