I have taken my 75 y/o father to WDW.
When he was younger, he'd commando the parks. Stay there all day.
(I think he did this so that he felt likee he was getting his money's worth).
When we went with him last time, we insisted on taking a midday break.
He reluctantly agreed to do this. But when he got back to the room, he had a nap and was TOTALLY refreshed for the evening.
He said it was the best trip he'd been on and the midday naps were the reason.
