traveler's checks

This may be a stupid question, but can I use traveler's checks at counter service restaurants and shops at Disney World....I have never used them other than to exchange for currency overseas. How would I go about using them.....Thanks!

yes - absolutely. You can use them at the carts too. Use them the same way you use it overseas. Sign one line when you get them. Then in front of the cashier, sign the other line. Simple. They might ask to see your ID, so have that ready just in case.

They are as good as cash anywhere in the World. If you want to cash them at the parks though, they'll only do $100 at a time. We just got back and used them the whole time. It totally saved my credit cards!
