Hi we're going with mytravel/airtours in may and didn't take out they're travel insurance when we booked becasue we have our own multi-trip travel insurance through our barclays additions plus account, does anyone know if this will be ok for us to got to florida with?
it covers for £25,00 personal accident, £3000 cancellation, £2,000,000 emergency medical £1,000,000 personal liability £10,000 legal expenses
Thanks Lee.

Seems OK for the US. The most important requirements for the US are medical cover and personnal liability cover.

We are going in Oct with Direct Travel (mytravel). They were needing £135 for the 5 of us which I declined. I managed to get insurance with Direct Travel Insurance (no relation to Direct Travel as far as I know) for £52.

£3000 cancellation.
£10,000,000 medical/repatriation.
£1500 posesions.
£2,000,000 personal liability.
£15,000 personal accident.
£50,000 legal.

Just hope it's not needed. :)

One to check is your house insurance, it may already cover you in which case you could be paying twice. :confused3 :confused3
