Travel Insurance for Cruises

Do you purchase cancellation insurance for cruises? We didn't bother this summer with our trip to WDW since you can cancel so late and still get a full refund (minus maybe the deposit) but with the cruise you have to cancel before the 75 day mark. I think at a certain point there is no refund at all. Where do you purchase cancellation insurance (can't through DCL since we're not US citizens)? and do you get a package cancellation and medical together?
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

We purchased RBCcomprehensive insurance through our local travel agent.I think it was $255 for the three us.Hope this helps.

We booked through CAA and got our insurance through them as well. It was a lot cheaper than DCL's is, anyway.

Keep in mind that your health insurance will not cover you outside of Canada. You should absolutely purchase insurance anytime you are planning on leaving the country for anything other then ten minutes to get to your US postal drop box
