We are putting the yellow tags on our luggage and letting DME deliver it...but I know it can take 3-6 hours. I'm packing bathing suits in my carry-on so we can swim when we get to the resort, but I'm guessing a tube of sunscreen would probably be tossed by airline security, right...? Do I have to suck it up and buy sunscreen at the resort?

You can take it if it is 3 oz or less. 3-1-1...every 1 person with a ticket can take a 1 quart sized baggie with 3oz sized or less containers of liqiuids, aerosals,or gels

As stated above, as long as it's under 3.4 oz it can go in your 3-1-1 bag - and you can buy travel size sunscreen at any drug store. It will be WAY cheaper than purchasing sunscreen on Disney property! Enjoy!

I find it best to find 100mL sized bottles and then decant my fave sunscreen into those bottles. Make sure the bottles have the 100mL/3.4 oz stickers on them. Since we have 3 travelers and 2 are guys, I can fit many of those decanted bottles into our 3 total 311 bags.

And the main reason I do this is b/c "travel sized" toiletries tend to be both very expensive relative to what you get AND under-sized. 1.5oz or 2oz instead of the full 3.4oz that you're allowed each container to be.

Thanks all...I'll look for a mini bottle at the store!

I bought my favorite sunscreen & separately purchased 3 oz plastic travel containers. I transferred my favorite sunscreen into the plastic travel size container & put it into my 3-1-1 bag. Then that went to the parks with me each day
