Actually we are searching for flights for our next Disney vacation from Germany. I found very good conditions at this Website, Travel Business class, which seems to be an US operated site, but I can not find any reviews or experiences online. So not sure if to book of not. Does anybody know or used this. Thanks for your help.

I would not. There are a couple of things that seem off. That address is a standard office building, you wouldn't have 95 suites on a single floor. It's in Delaware, which is a red flag for me. Refund and cancellation restrictions are insane. If you are going to use a travel agent to book I would recommend the owner of the this site, Dreams Unlimited Travel.
If you're just looking to book flights I would do so either directly with the airlines or with one of the partner airlines. Personally I'm partial to Delta in the US, so I would look at Skyteam which is Delta, Virgin Atlantic, KLM and Air France. I would bet that if you look at Google Flights you can find deals pretty close if not better than what that Online Agent is quoting.

If you are looking for discounted fares on business class fares, I know there are travel agencies in the U.S. that (or were) consolidators. Meaning, they sold heavily discounted fares, though those fares came with heavy restrictions.

I worked for an agency that worked alongside a consolidator agency for these types of tickets, that's how I know. However, I've been out of the travel industry for over 20 years and a lot has changed, including whether or not you can find any of these anymore.

Thank you so much. Usually we book direct with the Airlines of with our TA, but it sounded interesting. But obviously not a good idea. Really helpful answers. Disboards is just great!

All airline websites now let you directly book your flights so not sure that is any value going through some 3rd party. Their website also indicates they can't always tell you all of the connecting information ahead of time which is something I would want to know BEFORE booking any international flight.

The other problem with ANY 3rd party travel booking comes if you have the CHANGE anything. Any modifications are subject not only to the airline's policies, but also to those of the 3rd party site...which are often very restrictive.

My experience with booking directly is that I get the same fares, usually a lot more flight options (times, connections, seating, etc), and no EXTRA hassles if I have to make a change.

I don't have any experience or knowledge about that company. Some of those companies are scams. They'll buy tickets with stolen credit cards. They buy frequent flier tickets and miles, against program rules, and hope your ticket doesn't get cancelled.

For domestic flights a TA can rarely give you a better fare then dealing direct with the carrier. Occassionaly you'll see an air/hotel package cheaper then air alone. The included room is throwaway. Don't even think of checking in.

International flights are different. RogueX is correct. Some TAs have access to consolidator fares which might save $$$. Sometimes they can book a full fare coach ticket and get a guaranteed upgrade to business class.

You'll have big issues if you want/need to change the flight. If the flight is changed by the airline you'll be at the bottom of the list and might not get back for days.

I wouldn't do it but the PP are wrong. Booking an international flight through a specialized TA. can save $$, if everything runs right.
