I'm a silver club member and hoping to use a travel agent to book a fall 2018 cruise. If I've used one in the past, can I email her directly (dreams unlimited) or do I fill out the online form to get started? I don't want to be presumptuous and directly email, but I also don't want to miss out by using the form. Thanks for the advice.

If you booked a placeholder, chances are that the placeholder may already be sitting with her (if you booked your first one through her)

If you prefer to not email her in advance you can always enter a new request, choosing her as your agent of choice, and maybe even make a note in the notes section that you have worked with her before and would like to again.

My DU agent requests that if it is a new reservation I am wanting her to book, I go through the DU site to make the request and select her as the TA from the drop down box. If I have a placeholder already with her that I want moved to an actual cruise, she's okay with me emailing her direct to switch the placeholder.

I also use DU, but I always just send her an email.

The two Dreams agents we have used, one for DCL and one for RCCL and Celebrity, have both had us email them our requests for new bookings.
