Travel Agent for Best Rate Program

From what I am reading here, it seems that accessing the Best Rate Program via a travel agent may save me some stress. I honestly have no real problems with the program except for the online booking. I HATE doing anything online and much prefer to talk to a cheerful person who can assure me I am booking exactly what I want!

We will travel in March and will need two Moderate rooms for two nights, before we head to our DVC unit. My family of 4 are all passholders. Can a TA book the two rooms for me at once, with my pass or hubby's? One room is for my parents, who typically do not get AP's as the parks exhaust them. If I call one of the Disney-themed travel agencies, will they know what the program is and understand that if the discount is not available, I do not want the room? Are their services always free? Are my small plans too little for them to mess with? ANy advice would be appreciated.

Hi Colleen!
If you call one of the Disney-themed travel agencies, we will surely know what the program is and understand that if the discount is not available, you do not want the room as long as you specify that in your request for a vacation quote. Travel Agents' services are always free. No plans are too small either- most of us will book your dining, buy your tickets, book specialty tours and fireworks cruises, reserve your flights, transfers, arrange for Magical Express for you...

Good luck!
