Can anyone tell me how much this service cost? I know a couple years ago it was $10/day and a full cleaning was $25/day.

Additional Full Cleaning Rates:
Studio/Inn Room - $30.00 per day requested
One-Bedroom - $45.00 per day requested
Two-Bedroom - $60.00 per day requested
Three-Bedroom - $75.00 per day requested


Additional Trash & Towel Rates:
Studio/Inn Room - $15.00 per day requested
One-Bedroom - $20.00 per day requested
Two-Bedroom - $25.00 per day requested
Three-Bedroom - $35.00 per day requested

Can this be requested at check-in, or does it have to be requested ahead of time, on the reservation?

You can request it at check in, or you can even call housekeeping and make the request during your stay. Either way, they simply charge the room and you pay upon checkout.

FWIW, I would be hard pressed to want housekeeping in my room anymore than they already are. I find T&T to be a waste of their energy, since I usually take my own trash out and wash our towels anyway. If I need more soap/shampoo etc, I can call down and have that delivered. We actually prefer not to have someone traipsing in and out of our "home" when we are on vacation. I make my bed everyday at home as soon as I get out of it, and I have no problems doing the same on vacation. I'd rather have my privacy.
