We are planning on flying into MCO day before 4 day Wonder. Will probably stay at either the Hyatt or Radisson. I'm trying to figure out transportation to and from port. We will be staying at DVC for 3 nights after cruise but none of those are on DCL transporation (except Wilderness Lodge). I thought we could
1. Stay at Hyatt and take DCL next day to port or stay at Radisson and rent car to port.
2. Not sure how to get back to WDW after cruise (going to try for Beach Club or Boardwalk).
3. Take Magical Express to airport after WDW.

Any better ideas? :confused3

wondering the same thing...our scenario though is...2 days value resort before, 4 day wonder, 2 day value when we return. Will Disney bus us over? Would you do it differently?

i'm doing 6 nights at ssr then 1 night at best western near port then back to mco on disembarkation day.

i believe that if you want to use dcl trans back to wdw all you have to do is call and make a reservation (i'm fairly sure they pick up and drop off at all thier resorts because they have land/cruise packages that include them all-we were picked up at port orleans on one occasion). however you might consider a rental car-we are renting one way from port back to orlando for less than $40.00 which is much better than the $120.00 disney would charge for a one way for 4 people. if you are going to stay at hyatt or radisson (mco)-check with disney, i think they also offer some transportation from these locations (spec. for those who are arriving night before a cruise). also, remember-hyatt mco is inside the airport so you can get disney transportation right from the airport the day of the cruise.

The DCL bus only picks up from land/sea hotels. None of the DVC hotels are on this schedule (except Beach club). I thought WL was one but I guess I was wrong.

DCL does pick up from all of the DVC resorts as well as the resorts that are part of their land/sea packages. :flower:

They do pick up from the airport. Since the Hyatt is located there, they have procedures in place for guests spending the night at that hotel. (This is where they have guests from the West Coast stay who book air with their cruise.) If you stay at the Radisson and want to use Disney transportation, you'll have to get to the airport or one of the resorts that they use.

Goofymom/pop, they won't pick up from a Value resort. If you can get to one of the DCL resorts, you can arrange to get picked up from there. They're a bit more flexible with drop-offs. :flower:
