i'm staying at the dolphin hotel, is there transportation provided trough disney to get there from the airport?

if you are staying on property you can use the Magical Express. They leave from OIA and take you right to the resort.

No...you can not use DME if staying at a non-Disney owend resort. The Swan, Dolphin and Shades of Green all fall into that catagory.
But, you can use the Mears shuttle to and from the airport. Or you can hire a car service. Mears is about $32 pp r/t, a car service will run about $100-120 r/t, plus any tip, for up to 4 people.

There is no transportation provided by Disney between the airport and the WDW Swan and Dolphin. You options include paid Mears Transportation coach service, taxis, and livery service (towncars, limos, SUVs).

That's not quite correct. Magical Express only serves guests listed on reservations at Disney-operated resorts at WDW. That means the Swan and Dolphin and the Hotel Plaza properties (such as the Hilton) are not served by Magical Express.

We've done both taxi & town car to/from The Dolphin. Just did the taxi 2 weeks ago. It's $66 each way plus tip. Town car last time we did that was $115 round trip plus tip, so roughly the same for either.
