How many persons will the charter buses hold? Is there a smaller option if we are just over the maximum for one bus? Thanks!

They hold 50. Disney also offers a mini bus (25), a van (11), and town cars (4).

I feel like I'm going to need you as a consultant lurkyloo Do you know the pricing for each option? Also do you know if we charter a bus for a DP and our guests have park tickets, will they be able to get in with them? or will we be charged the viewing fee for the whole bus? Thanks!

Town Car: $40/hour (3-hour min.)

Van: $163 one-way/$221 round trip, or Charter @ $68.25/hour (3-hour min.)

Minibus: $273 one-way/$321 round trip, or Charter @ $87.15/hour (5-hour min.)

Motor Coach: $325 one-way/$410 round trip, or Charter @ $97.65/hour (5-hour min.)

These days it sounds like they charge you the viewing fees in advance based on the numbers you give them (of people w/passes and people w/o). Then if the actual number of passes needed is different they charge/refund you after the wedding.
