Transportation to USO from WDW

What is the best way to get from WDW to USO? My DH and I will be at WDW in Nov. Plan to go to US&IOA all in one day Dinner at Emeirl's. We want to get there by 8:30am, park closes at 6pm, dinner at 7pm.... we considered renting a car, but that would mean either my DH or I would not be able to enjoy any cocktails (we do not drink and drive),
Should we take a cab or towncar? Our biggest conern is that after dinner, if we are up to it, we may want to check out a little more of citywalk, so we're not exactly sure what time we'd want to go back to our resort. Any ideas how much a cab is as opposed to a towncar? And which is better?

I think I read that a taxi was $30. Hopefully someone else will know better. Being somewhat local (1 hour away) I've never driven from WDW to USO so can't guage how far it is.

I'm sure if you call one of the companies in Orlando (the hotel should be able to give you a recommendation and number) they would be able to tell you the avg. price.
