Transportation to the Swan?

Hello,

I've never stayed in the Swan or Dolphin resorts...how do you get to them from the airport since you can't use the Magical Express?

You have many options. You can rent a car, take a taxi, us a towncar type service, or a shuttle bus like Mears. It depends on your preferences and pocketbook. How many in your group?

There are only 2 of us....but I heard that the Mag. Express bought out the Meers. I wonder ... Any idea how much a shuttle or cab would cost?

Disney contracted out the actual day to day running of the buses for DME to Mears. So while it is a Disney service, it is done by Mears.
So....a towncar will run about $50 one way or $100 roundtrip, plus tip. A shuttle, run by Mears, will cost you about $15 pp, each way. A cab will be in the $40 area. These figures aren't exact, just ball park to give you an idea.
When I stay at the Swan or Dolphin, I use a towncar service.
