Since combo tickets are sold that include Sea World, do the Loews Hotels offer transportation to Sea World?

yes, there is free transportation from the hotels twice a day.

When we were there this past July, the buses ran more often than twice a day. You can get the schedule at the concierge desk.

We were there in December. Perhaps the schedule changes depending on the time of year. The shuttle went really early, then at about 11, it might have gone once more at about 4 but that was it.
