Transportation to OKW from airport

This is probably not as confusing as what I think it is, but we have 8 family members traveling to WDW and staying at OKW from August 3-13, 2004. Five of us are arriving on the 3rd and leaving the 13th and plan on using a towncar service(van), 2 are arriving on the 4th and leaving on the 11th, one does not know for sure yet when she is arriving, but will be leaving with us on the 13th and another who is arriving with us on the 3rd will be leaving either on the 7th or 8th of August. All of us will be flying into and leaving from the Orlando Airport(MCO).
Would it be easier for the ones who are arriving late and leaving early just to take the Mears bus service or a cab? We've never stayed at OKW before but through reading the boards have come to understand that towncar/van or renting a car is how most of the people who stay there are transported. Does anyone know if Mears bus or a cab are considered an appropriate source of transportation for us vacationeers to OKW?
My sister is the one who has been organizing this family get together and I am trying to help. We already know our brother and his wife will not want to pay extravagant prices just for transporation, but if we have to we will help them out. They are paying for their own airfare, but now our dilemema is getting them from the airport to the Resort and back
Any suggestions would be appreciated. ( Or even some moral support in handling travel arrangements for "difficult" family members)

Mears is definitely an acceptable mode of transportation. The only thing is that there is not stop at a grocery store if needed. But since you all are arriving on different days, you wouldn't all need to stop at a store.

I just called there myself, and they charge $29 per person round trip from MCO to OKW for adults, $21 per child (ages 4 to 11) and under 4 is free. This is for the main shuttle buses that run constantly from MCO to the Disney resorts.

If we didn't need to stop at the store, we would definitely have taken Mears.
