Mears used to run a shuttle, but I'm not sure that they do anymore.
With five adults, I'd just rent a car for the day. It would be cheaper and much more convenient. A mid sized will fit you all with a reasonable amount of comfort, and will cost under $50 for the day.

Mears does run a shuttle but for that amny people, there are better options.
