What is everyone planning to do for transport to/from the airport with ME being eliminated next year?

I have a toddler who requires a car seat in normal circumstances. I would use Mears but I see that sometimes you might be put in a van and I don’t think a child can ride in that without a car seat like they could on a bus, right?
I might be forced to rent a car and the prices are expensive for that right now.

Yeah, this gave me pause re: Mears. I look forward to seeing how things pan out in the first few weeks (we go in late Jan). I do plan on buying either the Bubble Bum or MiFold so that if we need to use a rideshare we'll have it (so, then, if we got a van from MC, it would seemingly work, too). But like I said, I'm waiting to see. Turo might be another option for you - I was getting prices for half of the cost of a regular rental (though I didn't have to pay for parking and that certainly adds up, if you have to).

There’s info about this on the FAQ page for Mears Connect. You are going to need to read it yourself. Basically, there is what FL law allows and what you are comfortable with to decide between.

Following because I am worried about the same thing. I am bringing twin 3 year olds and would want them in a carseat (crazy it seems they don't have to be? Am I reading that right?).

We are going in February with a 3 yo and 1 yo and were considering hiring a limo service. You can get car seats through them and they will help with luggage, so I figured if I have to pay anyways to go to the resort a limo service may be helpful with 2 little kids in tow and all the luggage that accompanies them.
