Transportation to DTD

I've been searching the thread but can't find the answer I'm looking for. What is the best way to get to DTD from each of the parks? Is it better to just get to one of the resorts first, then catch a bus to DTD?

There is no transportation from the parks to DTD. You'll have to go to a resort first then catch a DTD bus.

From MK - Walk to Contemporary, catch bus to DTD
From Epcot - Walk to Beach Club, catch bus to DTD
From DHS - Walk or bus to one of the Epcot area resorts, catch bus to DTD
From AK - this one is a bit of a crapshoot since you have to bus to all of the resorts from there. I'm not really sure what would be best.

Of course, the fastest way is always to either drive yourself or take a taxi. But if you want to use Disney transport, I think that what I've listed should help you out.

You probably meant walk or boat. There's no bus.

From DHS or AK, I would transfer at Pop Century - it just seems to have better bus service than the other resorts.

One possibility from all of the parks is to take a bus to Saratoga Springs, get off at the Congress Park bus stop (which is the closest to DTD), and walk the rest of the way. It's exactly 1/3 mile via the walking path to the Marketplace entrance next to the DTD bus stops. 4-6 minutes walk, tops.

We are going to try taxi next time to/from Dolphin. The bus wait from DTD to Dolphin as ridiculously long. Not worth it. We even skipped DTD last two visits because of the hassle.

I have had my worse experience's trying o get from DTD to the Value resorts. No experience with the others. The lines and buses were ridiculously packed. It was terrible,but that was at night I am not sure about night.

I dislike driving and parking there too. Confusing leaving the parks and then parking is difficult to find a close spot. But, it was better then the bus.
