transportation to cocoa beach from disney

In July we will be travelling to Disney with my sister and her family they are staying in disney with us for 4 days and spenting the last 3 days in Cocoa beach the problem is she was told by our travel agent that she has to take ME back to airport and from airport pick up other transportation to Cocoa beach does this make sense to everyone Can her family not get transportation from the resort were staying at ALMO direct to Cocoa
Beach. This is their first trip to Disney so their kind of nervous about having to go back to airport and find their transportation

I would not go back to the airport and get a ride from one of the HMMM, out of town cab (or what ever they call them) services available. (If you go to get a cab and are going outside a certain area surrounding greater Orlando you are sent to the out of town shuttle area....Use at your own risk!!))

Personally, I would call one of the reputable town cars services available. It would be worth the piece of mind.

Of course they can get picked up right at the hotel. I recommend Magic Transportation which we used last week. I know that they go to PC for the cruises as well as the parks. jeanette@magictransportation.com

I am trying to understand did they rent a car to go to Cocoa Beach and they just need a ride to the car rental place or do they actually need a ride to Cocoa Beach. If they rented a car maybe their car rental place is only at the airport but there is a car rental at the AAA car care center and the Dolphin Hotel (Avis I think?). Maybe the agent didn't realize the options on property or the car rentals in DD( Lake Buena Vista area). If they have to go to the airport one person could take ME and come back for the others. I would just try for the car agencies on property!! Good luck!
