transportation options to/from amtrak station

not sure if friends are arriving/departing to/from kissimmee or orlando... can anyone share least expensive yet not huge hassle transportation options for a family of five who rarely travel...

I'm wanting to know the closest rental car locations for the Orlando stop.

i have not tried anything... if i were to refer a car service i'd refer FL Tours (sponsors of this board) but i'm not sure what other options there are... i checked the sticky and there is only info for the auto train...

I took Amtrak to the Orlando stop this past August because it has a Hertz booth in it. I like renting while I'm down there.

It went very smoothly. The Hertz booth is inside the train station in air conditioning.

I had no issues.

Thanks! And I see that the Hertz location in Cape Canaveral is near our hotel.
