Transportation options From SFB to WDW

With flying into Sanford Orlando airport (SFB) what options are there for transportation to WDW. Does the magical express bus to Disney also serve SFB.
or is it going to be rental cars and taxi. what about Mears shuttle do they offer rides?
Also how about getting back to SFB from WDW for a flight out?

Your only options are rental car, taxi (about $115, plus tip each way,) or car service (about $200 round trip.)

We are flying into SFB for our Spring break trip in April. We were able to get a rental car for $114 from Dollar. My brother has flown into SFB and said it's super easy and fast to pick up your rental car since it's a small airport. We should be to the resort about the same time it would have taken us with ME through MCO! And we saved alot of $$ on airfare

Sorry but Magical Express isn't available from Sanford. I don't believe Mears offers shuttles from Sanford either, but you would be able to grab a taxi (although it will be pricey I'm sure). Your only other alternative is rental car.
