Transportation options from Kissimmee to Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven?

Without renting a car, can anyone tell me any transportation options to get 2 adults and two children from the Fairfield Orlando at Cypress Palms to Cypress Gardens Park in Winter Haven? And approx. prices as well?

I looked at Amtrak and greyhound so far and it their schds don't work at all since it would leave us very little time to visit Cypress Gardens.

Looking at Mapquest it looks like the Fairfield and Cypress Gardens are about 39 minutes apart.

Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try Mears? They have shuttles to 'area attractions', this may include Cypress Gardens - but they'll charge per person. Without asking why you don't want to rent a car (not my business), you may want to consider it. It'll probably be cheaper.

See the "Other Popular Transportation Links" sticky. If there isn't a link to Mears, click on the taxi fare estimator - this is ONE of the pages on that company's website, you should be able to navigate around for other/shuttle information.

Don't worry about asking: my mom is a senior who still drives but lives in a rural area and is only used to driving there.
I drive but have depth perception issues, therefore, simply don't feel comfortable driving in an unfamiliar area.

DS will be joining us the following week so maybe we will schd. a day to go them (since he drives)., althought that week is pretty booked up.

Thanks for the info. I will look at MEARS etc and some others and see if I can find some info.
I will also check out the taxi info.

Looking at the cab estimator it will be approx $64 each way.
Also checked mears and it doesn't look like they do any shuttles to Cypress Gardens.

Any other ideas anyone? Due to a promotion at Cypress Gardens I can get free admission, that is why we would like to go there for a day.
