First time on this board. We are very experienced at WDW, but want to plan a trip to DL in July 2011. If we stay at one of the hotels near DL do any of them offer shuttles to other attractions - like Universal? We never have a car in FL and I'm not looking forward to driving. Also, what is the easiest Airport to fly in to? :goodvibes

Here is some info on airports:

My favorite by far is SNA.

I am not aware of any hotels that offer shuttles to USH. But at one time USH did offer a service from Anaheim. I believe there are shuttles that go to USH. Someone else who has used those shuttles may be able to help better.

HTH :wizard:

ETA: This link to the USH site discusses shuttles from Anaheim: http://www.universalstudioshollywood.com/visitor_info_transportation.html

We just came back from DL and used Grayline Tours to do the Front Of Line Pass at Universal. They pick you up from your Anaheim hotel in a little shuttle bus, then take you to a depot, then you get on a big bus & they take you straight to Universal. The front of line was well worth the money, we literally got straight on the back lot tour & every ride without waiting.
I also used Grayline last year when I went to San Diego Sea World.

Hydroguy is a little shy. ;)

You didn't ask for it, but since you're WDW vets he should have included his most essential link designed especially for the WDW vet:

Then after reading this & printing.....go ahead & look at the rest of his excellent tip threads:

Have a great time planning a visit to Walt's Park. :thumbsup2

:)

We've taken the Grayline transfer only to Universal Studios and Hollywood a few times, so we could stayin Anaheim but spend the day exploring those areas on our own - i think we paid $40 pp for the transfers only - and it was really easy.

We've done that with VIP tours too - if you're staying around Disneyland they are a little quicker as their hub is right by the park.

I clicked on the link and it lists the price for US at $93. Is this the price for the bus ride and a front of the line pass? Seems too cheap...I saw the FOTL pass listed at $139 on the US website. :goodvibes
