Transportation from WLV to AK Breakfast

Morning everybody! It's a beautiful day in Georgia and we're eagerly awaiting our trip to the World (May 24). I've got a few PS's to make. The character breakfast at AK runs from 8:10 to 10:00 (I think). I would like to book the earliest one possible. If I do that, will there be transportation from WL that early (7:30-7:45). If I have to drive myself, I'll go for the later breakfast. Has anyone had this experience before? Thanks for the help.....

there is a character breakfast bus that goes to all the resorts. you might want to inquire at guests services about the time that is comes to WL. one thing to keep in mind, as a suggestion, is to book the breakfast on an extra hour morning and just ride the AK bus.

Just as an FYI, that's one of the most popular CB's, on a holiday weekend. You might be too late to get ANY seating for it at this point in time, it's been booking for over two months, and i almost always sells out, even during quieter times. I would get on the phone ASAP and get that reservation, and then worry about getting there for it. Worst case scenario you can always take a cab.

I just got off the phone and got all of my PS times, including the AK breakfast. It's just my lucky day! Thanks for your replies.

The character breakfast bus DOES NOT run to the WL, at least it didn't when we were there in February. You'll either need to take the bus to the AK and switch to the AKL bus there, or take the bus to the TTC and transfer to the AKL bus there. I think you'll be better off using the AK route. If either of these doesn't appeal to you, you'll have to drive.

YES, Wilderness Lodge does get Character Breakfast Bus service every 15 mins from 7:00am-8:00am. I know this, because I was recently assigned one of those routes. Character Breakfast Buses do not always have "CHARACTER BREAKFAST" on the destination sign... often times, a driver will just put the theme park area on thier sign. When boarding the bus, just tell the driver you need to go to AK Lodge for a x:xx character breakfast, and they will take you directly.

Also, there are NO buses from the TTC to any Disney Resort (WL/FW being the exception).

I'm confused, OP are you going to AK for Donalds Breakfastosaurus or are you going to AKL for breakfast? I thought there wasn't a character breakfast at AKL?

Well, Tyler's still asleep here... LOL... I just noticed that. For some reason I was thinking AK Lodge. Oh well. The Character Breakfast bus can take them to AK Park as well. Same deal. Every 15 mins starting at 7:00.
