Transportation from lowes resorts?

Thinking of just going to Universal and IOA this time. Is it easy just to use their modes of transportation or will I get frustrated? What are they...buses or boats? thanks

From the resorts there is boat transportation to the parks and CityWalk. I remember seeing some buses also, but I'm not sure where they run from. We were at HRH and we walked everywhere. We only took the boat once, and it took longer than if we had just walked. We are staying at RPH this December for the first time, and I'm hoping that it is just as convenient to walk from.

The walk from RPR to IOA is really nice! It meanders along the waterway and it is beautifully landscaped. It is especially pretty at night. I think it is a tad longer than the walk from HRH to USF but it is prettier.

The walk form HRH to US is very quick. The boats are nice, but we usually walked instead.
