Transportation from Doubletree to BWV?

This may be a dumb question, but would like to get suggestions and/or information on transportation when transfering from one hotel (off site) to another (on site).
Unfortunately, we were not able to book our hotel reservation for our entire stay and had to book another room for our first night. After lots of consideration, we chose not to stay on-site that first night (we won't be checking in until 5 PM or so, so we won't be heading to any of the parks). We have booked a room at the Doubletree Guest Suites and plan to hang out in DTD that evening. So, what would be the best way to get to BWV with all our luggage the next day? Is taxi the only option? Are there taxis waiting for fares in front of the hotel? Any other suggestions/info you could give?

Thanks in advance!

Tom&Susan,
The best way to get to the BWV from your hotel would be to take a taxi. Requesting a metered taxi would usually works to your advantage when traveling such a short distant like what you’re enquiring about. Even if you do not gain access to such taxi with meter you should not pay more than $10 to $12 flat.
