Transportation from Dolphin to Epcot

I need to know how to get from the Dolphin to Epcot with an ECV. I thought that we could use the bus, but I now read that there isn't a bus! I know that we can walk to IG, but we tried that last time and did not get into the park right at opening (very frustrating!). It was about ten minutes after everyone from the main entrance and when we did get to the big attractions the lines were long.
Would driving be dumb? I do not have a handicap sticker (DH broken ankle).

Since we are going next week it will be very busy and need to use our time wisely.

Catch the boat, walk to IG...make an early breakfast reservation at an EPCOT eatery...gotta get to breakfast!...
