After our cruise we are taking Disney transportation back to coranado resort. I see disembark starts at 730. Are there certain times the bus goes back to the resorts

Just did this Sat. Bus will leave when it fills. We disembarked as soon as possible as our flight was canceled and we needed to get to a car rental place in Orlando, but sat waiting 45 mins until the bus filled. Resorts are grouped together so you have no influence on when the bus leaves.

Honestly, I’m thinking a car service next time. We took the bus to the port from VGF too and arrived so late there were no DVC lanyards left 😕

It’s been two years since we took Disney transportation to the resorts, but at that time the buses to the resorts started leaving at nine. Buses to the airport start leaving as soon as they fill. I would check with guest services to make sure that you have the right time to be on board your bus.

The resort (and airport) bus doesn't run on a particular schedule. They leave when they are full and a new bus pulls up for more people. This continues until all have been served.

If the bus to the resort isn't full, they may wait until a bit after 9am for someone that's supposed to be on that bus. Happened to us in 2017. Sat on the bus for about an hour and a half :( MCO buses leave as soon as they are full, so they usually leave earlier.

In April, we were told in the disembark instructions that for resort transport we needed to be off the boat by 8:15 or 8:30 (letter is not in front of me) because the buses would depart at 9. And they did. We rolled out at 9:01 and I was close enough to the front to hear that we left without everyone. The stragglers would be put on a bus with multiple resorts.

Buses are grouped by resort area. We were staying at Movies. All of the All Stars plus the Animal Kingdom Lodge were on our bus.

And remember that you must claim your own luggage in the luggage hall and bring it through customs with you and then out to the bus. If you prefer you can also carry your own luggage off the ship. You can use a porter if you want. Just trying to point out that the luggage handling is not as seamless as it is when you stay at a Disney resort and head TO the ship... When you stay at a Disney resort and take DCL transportation they will collect your luggage from your resort room and transport it to the ship via separate truck. From ship to resort YOU (or a porter) are responsible to get your luggage to the bus.
