Transportation at HIFS

This subject may have been addressed, but can anyone tell me about transportation at HIFS. How often do the shuttles run? What about transportation to Universal or SeaWorld? What is traffic like if you take your own car?

Any info will be appreciated.

If search function ever works you can do a search and find lots of comments on this topic...generally speaking though, most people advise people to rent a car because the shuttles are crowded and infrequent....
