Transportation after movie?

Can anyone tell me if the buses are still running after the movies at Fort Wilderness. We are not staying there or renting a car but would like to do the hayride/bonfire/movie. Can this work? If not what are the other options to get back to Pop Century?

although, you can't catch a bus from the Fort directly to Pop. You'll have to go to a park first and then to your resort.

If Magic Kingdom is still open for any reason, (even if it's a private party and you don't have tickets, you can still take a boat there) then take the boat to Magic Kingdom, then a bus to Pop Century.

If Epcot or the Studios is still open, then go to the Outpost bus stop and take a bus to Epcot or the Studios, then take a bus to POP.

If all the parks are closed, then go to the Outpost bus stop and take a bus to Downtown Disney, then take a bus to POP.

If you don't want to fool with riding to DTD, then get to the Outpost Reception area and have them call you a cab.

I've heard there are buses to the resorts after the later Hoop De Do Review shows. Is it possible to take one of these?

Yep, that's possible IF they are doing it that night. That is one of those things they provide IF they can and have the buses and staff available to do it. Your best bet is to ask your bus driver as you are arriving at Ft. Wilderness if they are providing the buses after Hoop De Doo that evening. The folks at the window near Hoop De Doo may know, but really only the folks "in purple pants" know exactly what the buses have planned.
