Transport from Airport

I will be coming down to Disney the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Normally my boyfriend would pick me up from the airport, but he has to work and won't be able to come up until the next day. I'm not staying on Disney property so no Magical Express option.

What should I expect to pay for a ride from MCO to a hotel in Lake Buena Vista? And is there a service you'd recommend over another?
