OK -- I booked my flights and although we used the Disney guideline -- I'm concerned I'm cutting it too close. We are scheduled to arrive on SAT @12:50 PM (direct flight into Orlando)...this gives us ~3 hours to get to the ship.

To expedite the transfer, we are planning to do the "happy limo". Any experience with this type of schedule? (By the way I'm looking @ $200 to change our departure time).

Thanks.

We have never gone that late, but our experience with Happy Limo is that they have always been on time, so at least you will be able to leave as soon as you get your luggage. If they are not waiting by the escalators for you, just call them...parking for the towncars is VERY limited, so if they can't get a spot, they can't leave the car. When you call, they will be there FAST.
The only thing I would be worried about is not being able to get Palo and spa ressies, since you will arrive after they start. But you can at least get on the wait list if you want to do those...you'll have ot balance that against the $200 savings for the flights.

last year we flew on a day that was just crazy for delays and stuff and they actually held busses because so many people were running late. we got in to MCO at like 2:00 or so... made it to the ship at 3, checked in really quick and were on board in time for the lifeboat drill.

it kinda sucked without time to eat the buffet!
