Transfers through Disney

Hi, my sister and I will be taking a 3 night Bahamas cruise in November. We will fly down the day before so we don't have to stress about missing the cruise because of flight issues. I booked one night at AoA. I know that I can purchase transfers to Port Canaveral. My question is this..there are set times to be picked up by the service. If something happens do they hold the ship since the transfers are purchased through Disney?

I've heard the latest they seem to pick up is 12:30 and you have to be on the ship by 4. I'm just a nervous nelly that way.

The ship will not leave without everyone who was waiting on time to be picked up by their own transfer service. Don't worry.

When we sailed the Fantasy, the ship was held at Port Canaveral for hours after we should have sailed, because some guests (who probably booked flights via DCL) had plane delays due to the weather.

DCL transfers from the WDW resorts have pick up times anywhere in the 10:45-1:30 window (one pick up per resort). You won't know what time your pickup is until the evening before.
