Transferring rewards to redemption card

i have a question! I upgraded our Disney credit card account to the 2% back account. I still have reward dollars on my older 1% back account. I just received my redemption card for the newer account, and can’t seem to transfer the reward dollars from the old account onto this redemption card. (When I try it says I have no redemption card)
So my question is do I need a separate redemption card for each account?

No you shouldn't. When you log in to redeem it will show you all the redemption cards you have that you can transfer to and i you have a balance on them. I have the no fee card and the premier card i have transferred from both to the same card.

I'd call the number on the back of your redemption card and simply tell them you're having issues and would like to transfer your points to the card. They should be able to help you out, I've transferred points like that a few times.

Thank you both. Unfortunately when I log in online it only shows my redemption card under the account that I used it for when I redeemed the points on it. The other account says I have no redemption cards. Sounds like I’ll have to be making a phone call...

Well- just got off the phone and I was told I need a different redemption card for each account- that’s disappointing! Now I have to order another card and begin the waiting game again....
