transferring points and dining plan question

I have been working on renting out some points. One of the people I rented points to wants me to now add the dining plan for them. Can I just call MS and add it and they can pay upon arrival? Or am I going to have to pay for it and then they can reimburse me?

Also, can points only be transferred to another member from the current use year, or can they be borrowed?

The Dining Plan is paid for upon arrival, not in advance. If you like, your renter can call MS, give the CM the confirmation number and add the DP herself/himself. They can also add Magical Express that way if they so choose. The DP has to be added at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Assume you already know that the DP can only be added for stays beginning on or after April 1, 2006.

Right now I am in my December 2005 use year so I can only transfer points from December 2005, not December 2006?

YOu should be able to transfer Dec, 2006 points to another member's use year that overlaps your own or 2005 points in the same way.
