If I have points transferred into my acct & want to use them to book at the 11 month window, do the points need to be from my home resort?

Is there any concern with UY?

Points transferred to your account are supposed to retain the identity they had before the transfer, meaning both the resort and the use year, and thus you can use them to reserve 11 months out at the resort to which those points orginally belong and within the use year that they had; note you can bank transferred points as long as they are within the banking window for the use year to which they belong.

Despite the above, there have been reports that the transfer accounting system does not always get things right and members have reported the transferred points changing their stripes by being designated as points in the same resort as you have and with the same use year as you.
