Do transferred in points show up on Dvcmember.com? If not, how do you complete a reservation on line with the additional points? :confused3
 
My understanding is that you must call Member Services and book a reservation with transferred points over the phone. Transfers, I believe, are still manually tracked.
 
I got a transfer of points that were the same UY and home resort as one of my contracts and those DID show up online.

I was able to see them and use them during the online booking process, probably because they were simply added to my own points for that UY.

I think you've hit on it. If you transfer in points that "match" points that you own then the system can just add them into your account since there is a place to put them. If you transfer in points for a different resort (or maybe even a different UY at your home resort) you don't have a "column" for that so it has no place to put them. They probably end up in a comment or "miscellaneous" field in your account in which case the online booking system can't access them.
 

I recently did a transfer that did not match my home resort or UY - the points did not show up online - had to call in to make the reservation - but once the reservation is made it will show up under future plans.
