Transfer to travel agent

How hard is it to transfer a royal cruise booked online to a travel agent? How long do we have to do it? And how exactly is it done? I know on ncl i just fill out a form and submit it to ncl dispatch. And with dcl I sign the form and give it to the travel agent. Thanks!

With Royal it's really easy. You fill out the form, and send it in. It can take as little as a day for the transfer. You must transfer with 60 days of booking.
