Transfer Southwest Flight to Airtran?

Is it possible for me to cancel a flight on Southwest and use the funds toward a flight on Airtran since they are now under one umbrella? I've found an earlier flight that I'd love to take advantage of on Airtran, but I've already booked my flights with SW. Thanks for any info you can give!
