Transfer Question

If I am having someone transfer points to me do those points retain home resort? For example, if I am having poly points transferred, but my own DVC points are for SSR-do the transferred points retain poly status and allow me to book a room there with those points at 11 months?

Yes, transferred points retain their original home resort and use year. The transferred points will NOT appear in your online account. You will have to call MS to use them.

Remember, too, that you cannot borrow transferred points. You can use current year point or bank them. You cannot transfer banked or borrowed points. Only current year points.
