Transfer points question ???

Can you transfer next years points to another DVC member? For example: Can I transfer Feb. 2006 use year points to another member. Can I do that now or do I have to wait until Feb. 1, 2006 to do this?

I beleive you can, but I think they would have to go into next your use year for the person receiving the points, but still assigned to the originating homre resort.

Anyone else here able to confirm this?
