transfer from POP to Sea World

We would like to go to Sea World for one day while staying at the POP. We are flying in, using magical express and taking all Disney transportation so we won't have a car. There is myself, DH and two young grandsons. Which transportation to Sea World is cheaper. Should we rent a car for just one day? Any advise?

It would likely be cheaper and a lot easier on all of you to rent a car for the one day. There are two on-site locations within WDW where you can rent cars. One is at the Dolphin hotel which is easy to get to from either the Disney Studios or the Epcot International Gateway.

How much is a one daay car rental? If it's cheaper than a cab maybe we'll go that route but thentheres the time involved in picking uo and taking back'cos we'd need it for early in the a.m. and plan on staYING TO SEE SHOW/FIREWORKS .

You could also take the resort bus to the TTC and then take the Lynx bus(#50 ) to SW ,it costs about $1.50p/p

WOW...that is great info about the Lynx bus! That looks like the way to go for us....less hassle than renting a car and much more economical. My DGS's won't mind riding the bus and monorail to/from the TTC. Thank you so much for the input. Mears doesn't sound like a bad choice either.

One more question for anyone that has used the Lynx to get from WDW to Sea World. How far from Sea World does the bus drop you off? Can you take a stroller on the bus? Thanks again!

We will have a stroller and 3 kids the transfer doesn,t sound fun and I think renting would be a hassle so I,m collecting cab info. If anyone has any for I,m all ears ... Thanks!!!

Unless I am mistaken, all you have to do is catch the #50 Lynx bus at the TTC & it goes directly down International Drive towards Seaworld... no transfer needed? At least I hope not because that is what I am planning to do!

the bus drops you off at Seaworld, far end of the car park i think, maybe about 5 mins walk to the main entrance
